DAILY CHECK IN TUESDAY NOVEMBER 7TH @

Hi Annette and all who follow! Today I did Peak 10 Pure Cardio. I swear I did this one just recently so I'm not sure why I had it on my list. Oh well.
The QOTD is...do you have siblings? I am the youngest of 3. My sister is the oldest (55), then my brother(53) then me (52). They tell me I was a pain in the ass little sister. I think they're liars! My brother and I are 13 months apart and very close.
How is everyone doing? Resting, healing, recuperating? It's that time of year when people get really sick. I'll check back in later.

Hi Ladies,
Answer of the day - I have a sister, 2 years older than me.
This morning I popped in a Country Heat w/o I hadn't done yet. Blah.... gave up after 5 minutes. I think I have sort of liked one out of 5 of the CH w/o's I have tried. So another Beachbody series that I should consider selling or re-gifting or something.
I then moved on to Cize... also Beachbody, but dancing with Shaun T is just so much more fun than with Autumn.
Later in the day I did a 12 min Jessica Smith power walk and an outdoor walk to the shops and last but not least of all, I went on a short bike ride. I was just getting comfy on the couch with a chick lit in the late afternoon when my FitBit started buzzing with a reminder... Magnus had an appointment at the ortho in 15minutes. Yikes! That had completely slipped my mind! So with the dentist practice only being literally a couple of streets away, biking there, even at nearly 40 weeks pregnant is still quicker than going by car. It doesn't feel great biking at this point, but it wasn't far and at least we made it on time.

Answer from yesterday: Yes, I colour my roots a cooler shade of my original hair shade (darkish chestnut brown). I also sometimes get highlights, lowlights (seldom) or balayage. Hairstylist tells me I am less than 35% grey, but on me it looks terrible. I started to grey/white at the age of 23.
Answer of today: I am the youngest of four. I have a big sister and two big brothers. I am 10.5 yrs younger than the oldest.
So interesting to be reading about your families!!

No, I don't think I will be getting KCM this time around unless I really like the clips and will consider getting a couple of the downloads. I am considering getting the latest Jessica Smith set for my sister for Xmas as I think she'll really enjoy it. She can review it for me!!! lol. I agree, her Mom looks incredible in the clips! I've been keeping quite busy with HasFit weights and some other instructors. I am hoping we get to see some clips from Cathe's latest pre-sale soon. I was hoping for something today.
