Hi ladies,
Today I stayed home and went through my new Aerobics and Kickbox Circuit which was 56 minutes. It is a basic warm up, aerobic, weights, kickbox,weights, aerobics, weights,kickbox, weights, and cooldown. The Kickbox segments are basic and the aerobic segments have some new moves, so hopefully they will like it.
