3,5,8 pound DB pairs- my left arm feels almost bruised where I broke my arm a couple of years ago. so trying o go very lite and not over do it on that arm
YT- Phoenix Nation - Jump Rope Fat Burn Workout = 17 Min used CrossRopes Ropeless jump rope with 1/4 ropes
