Good Morning Ladies,

Today I did a 54 minute C&E upper body workout. It included a long stretch and warm-up.

Linda - I'm thinking of getting a rebounder for both lymphatic drainage and workouts! You used to post some rebounder workouts, n'est-ce pas?
Nicki - I'm not sure what lymphatic drainage is exactly but certain workouts (jumping) or tapping, light slapping or gua sha(ing) can release stagnant fluid. I'm sure there are other techniques for it too. BTW: I love the RUUB workout and the rest of series too! I've done them soooooo much.
Nora - WTG with your mish mosh workout yesterday :)
Annette - your muscles must be sore today from that workout!

Nice workout this AM Siobhan, doing a 54 min. (long one) C&E upper body workout. Well Done!
Yes, I use my rebounder (I have an Urban Rebounder that I have had for years, I enjoy it alot! I do keep
everything more low impact, no crazy high jumping for me, but even low impact, rebounding is a balance
challenge, cause of the uneven surface. My favorite YT instructors for rebounding is Earth & Owl (Nikki)
Angie from Angie Fitness TV, FawnFit has some fun ones, Kate's Home Fitness has some good ones, and Michelle Briehler has tons of rebounding workouts as well. Kelly even has several rebounder workouts in
her Raw workouts. Since I have the CrossRope Ropeless Jump Rope set now, they are doing some rebounding & ropeless workouts, as well as Nikki, from Earth & Owl has several.

Today's workouts:

YT- Kate's Home Fitness- 10 min. Gentle Rebounder Walk
IFit- "Mining Towns Recovery Bike Ride", Lowell, AZ - 10 min.
CoffeyFit Raw- "Upper Body Finisher: Arms & Shoulders" - 13 min.

Hi ladies,

Today was a 70 minute leg workout which was 45 minutes of legwork plus 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I did all the leg machines but 2, went heavier on the incline leg press. My legs will be shaking later I am sure.

Nice workouts ladies!!

LITE- Timesaver # 3 -No Metabolic Floor = 31 Min
3,5,8 pound DB pairs- my left arm feels almost bruised where I broke my arm a couple of years ago. so trying o go very lite and not over do it on that arm

YT- Phoenix Nation - Jump Rope Fat Burn Workout = 17 Min used CrossRopes Ropeless jump rope with 1/4 ropes
