Today was Cathe Live Hi Lo Cardio and Core. That one is a sneak attack!

Chaos this week, with final auditions for 1776, work on My Fair Lady and DH doctor appts I am going craxy.

Oh, yes, we have Thanksgiving too!!!
 
today's workout was kick max. this was the first time I did the entire workout. I'm surprised I wasn't sore from legs and glutes from yest. but I'm glad I wasn't cause I was scared when I started kick max. it was fun altho, the leg conditioning drills really fried my hips.

Today I did a Dasha Libin cardio focused KB workout + I tried T-Tapp - I kind of liked it and will try it more. I took a book out of the library with a dvd.

Conni - whoa! busy lady indeed. I hope you are breathing deeply.
Gonnabea5 - nice to see you checking in. I like kickmax but that start is long for me. I am always shocked by how many calories i burn in that one. I think it's cos of those drills!
Sandy - sorry you can't get your workouts in. Busy week for you too and that travelling! I feel for ya!
Annette - how much have you lost in total now with all this hard work you've been doing.

CeciFifi, since April 1st I have lost 21 pounds and gone down almost 2 cups sizes, 2 pant sizes and 1 blouse size. And 1 band size on the bra. I am stuck at the moment so trying to get past this plateau. I really really want to lose 3 more pounds before going to Florida for middle son's college graduation in mid December but it is proving very hard right now. I am adjusting to the no taste no smell thing so I am finding things that I can tolerate in my mouth to eat but some other things that I have tried have been a no go like for example : baked potato (was nasty even with cheese and brocolli on it).

Today was the Get Amped Taebo workout with hand weights.

And all my old blouses fit again without puckering in the front so that is a good thing.

Hi everybody! Today I managed to do workout 1 from the Timesaver dvd. Really enjoyed it and helped a lot to relax. Annette be proud of yourself, you've done so much, the rest will come, give yourself a little time.
Shereta welcome to this check-in. I'm from Italy, where are you from?
Cecififi always good to try something new like T-tapp. Two years ago I attended a dance course but that simply is not for me. I feel a bit uncoordinated with kick box as well, but it seems more feasible to me. I own just a few of Cathe's kick box dvs... Not kick max indeed. I will have to get more familiar with the moves.
Connie, if I may ask, what are the auditions you're referring to? For those of you who celebrate it, I wish a happy Thanksgiving hoping you will enjoy it with your families
