Good morning girls, I was just able to get back on Cathe’s site, major outage this AM
apparently.

Today’s workouts:

YT- CrossRope - 10 min. Seated Low Impact Ropeless Jump Rope & Light dumbbells toning with Simone

Blender add-on: “Seated Stability Ball Upper Body -17 min.

STS 2 Dvd- “Chair Yoga Workout“ - 22 min.

That’s it…gotta scoot to hair trim appt. Have a good day!
 
Hi Linda,

Today was Leg day and I am starting to loathe leg days. Honestly, my legs are strong otherwise I wouldn't have been able to push a 738 pound sled a year ago.

But any way I did the big incline leg press machine with 1, 45, then 2 and then 3,45's for 15, 12 and 10 reps respectively. Used the same machine for calves but with only 1, 45.

Then did the leg extension machine up to 50 pounds, then the leg curl machine up to 50 pounds.

Then the inner and outer thigh machines up to 55.

I forgot the smaller leg press machine which I did using only 1 leg at a time up to 60 pounds, then both legs for 70 and 120 pounds.

Then the free standing calf machine with a 45 plate on it.

Ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with some weighted exercises thrown in.

All in all 76 minutes again today.

I am beat!!

Annette- WOW! another big powerful leg day workout of 76 min. That leg day workout you did is not for mere mortals.

Good Morning Everyone,

I didn't post yesterday's workout. I did a short 35 minute total body cardio/weight workout by C&E. I did my own stretch at the end for 10 minutes.
