Today was a rest day for me. My DH is travelling this week so I had to drop him at work. He dare not leave his precious new car anywhere. He won't even park near other cars??????????????

What a diabolic combination luckily my dh (we aren't married really but it is just the same) has got a company car so his attachment to the "object" doesn't reach those levels Today I did 10-10-10 from cross train express, didn't feel like doing triceps really but I did it anyway. Some step combos to learn as well, will have to go through them again but I got the most... Connie, I know what it means to be sleep deprived. My alarm clock is set at 5.50 but I usually wake up at 4.30, and cannot fall asleep again. So I'm always tired, I make up for it at week ends... Tke care
Today I wanted something different but couldn't decide so I did Body Max the warm up and the step portion but without the step. I actually worked up a sweat and it was only 34 minutes long.
I was rushed so that was all. I took a sub job for the afternoon so that is where I am now. It is my planning period. Nothing like 28 newcomer level of English (all are native Spanish speakers) to keep you on your toes.
