Ab Hits - Workout #9 - Power Hour = 6 Min

CrossRope app- "Ropeless, Dumbbells, Kettlebell & BodyWeight" - 15 min.
Interval Timer app- "Cardio Times 3" Elliptical & Floor Cardio Intervals - 15 min.

That's it. Oh, by the way, Nora, did you ever get your Cathe gloves? Do you like them?

Hi ladies,

Today was a 70 minute gym circuit consisting of machines for back, chest and glutes plus barbell to 70 pounds for chest press, dumbbells for chest press and flyes with 20's. Lying overhead holding fat ends of dumbbell for upper back.

Sled over the shoulder strap pull with no weight then with 1 45, then pushed back and rope pulled standing 1, 45, then pushed back and then rope pulled sitting on the half circle platform.

Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies.

LOL, after reading you were in Italy also yesterday I'm sure our paths crossed, LOL!
Yes, I did try out the gloves yesterday with RWH-Lift It HiiT Chest, Back, & Shoulders. I went up a size to a Large because of my ring, roomy enough the prongs of the ring don't catch or snag. Love the wrist support makes for more comfortable and secure lifting experience. I bought 2 pairs in Medium and 2 pairs in Large. I normally wear a medium but thought about Cathe's gloves having a snug fit and having to replace prongs on my ring due to weight gloves snagging on them so I thought I'd better for both sizes to be sure, so I did. Thanks for the tip o gloves;)

Nicki, they say that the glue in has a shorter recovery. Are you on track with that ?
Well, I can say that my recovery has been unremarkable which is probably a good thing! I am not using the cane anymore and walking around on my own. Very pleased so far.
