Different blender workouts, CatheLive, DVDs, equipment, etc and I don't get bored!!!
I did do my rebounder workout, about 30 min. So I can move on to the next, which is Cathe, ......another day.
I like to keep my workouts under 40-45 min. Preferably 30 min or less, cause there's a better chance I will do them
And on the weekends, I can sometimes get in 2 or so in a day.....it's all in what works for you at that moment.
