Today I did 35 minutes of the Advance #11 Taebo and then went On Demand and did half of an ab workout (total would have been 24 minutes) but I did 12 minutes since he was just repeating the same 4 exercises.

So overall not a bad workout.

Hi Annette and Aquagirl! I did a Circuit workout this morning by Jeanette Jenkins. Thanks for my new trainer Annette! I like what iv done so far. This morning was bikini body 2. I become obsessive when I find someone new to me. I want to try EVERYTHING they have. Hello to all who follow. Elsie I hope everything is going well for you. Take care of yourselves ladies!!
 
Well, things went faster than I thought, so I did get to do a Squats & Tri's blender mix. A lot of squat variations
And a lot of tricep exercises. Fun workout. Hope everyone has a good evening.
 
Wow, great workouts girls! :) OMG, Peg, I can relate to that about getting hooked on a trainer & then wanting to do it all. lol. I should try some Jeanette Jenkins. Her body looks amazing! I have also been meaning to try Taebo as Annette, you get so much out of it! Way to go on your squats, Linda! Nothing like a good squat workout! :) Missy, hope you are able to get a nice massage in on your hamstring.

I am trying to prepare for a memorial/wake tomorrow, so that is occupying my time today and this evening. Really needed to have my roots/hair done, but could not get in anywhere affordable. Off to get the flowers ready now.
