I actually forgot to check in this weekend, I was sooo busy!!
Let's see-
Sunday - Lowmax
Monday RWH Upper body mixed with core segments premix...
Today - Yoga Mind and Body and Ab Hits.

Today I did Suzanne Bowen Fitness, Barre Fire + Stopwatch Plank + more plank. Love her!

Good workouts. Lowmax! never did that one but own it. hmmmm.

Today I did Cathe's CTX Kickboxing for my cardio workout.

Laid out yesterday in the sun for 2 hours ....it felt good.
