Nice job Nicki! Sorry the Lower Body workout was a bit too much right now.........but give it time, you'll get
there! So glad you got the Leslie dvd, hope you like it.
Nora, you picked a fun Cathe workout with Total Body Barbell- TBB UB + Core= 40 Min Nothing wrong with
that!
Today's workouts:
CatheLive- "21 and Done!" - 35 min.
KCM-CardioFit- Workout 2- I programmed all the weight exercises only on my dvd player for a short
little add-on (Love those GunSlingers!) - 12 min.
It's hot here too, in the 90's yesterday and apparently today as well..........
Have a good day!
Linda, thanks so much for sharing this and the instructions! I will be sure to search for it!Nice workout this AM, Siobhan, with LMR2 PHA Cardio Fusion-35 min. That's a fun one too! and agreed,
CL 21 and Done is equally a good little express workout.
Nicki, you mentioned putting together Cathe warmups, etc for a light workout. I have blended plenty like
that, and one of my favorites is one I put together from the LMR2E series using tubing, the mini ball, and
lighter weights with a STS Bar (or chair) stretch. It's about 27 min. I just put it in the Shared Workouts
section. Do you know how to import a workout that someone has shared? If not, here's a "Quick tutorial")
Sign in to your OnDemand account on your computer and go the Workout Blender page.
On the left, above the Video Library box, you'll see a orange-ish box that says "Import Shared Workout" box.
Click that and it will bring up a new page called "Shared Workouts". There you will see all the workouts that
people have shared and you can import any of those that you want into your library. There are alot of them.
At the very top of the page, you'll see little boxes, like Search User, etc. The second box is "Workout by
Name/Code". Click that box and type in 0003953 and immediately the workout will come up. If you want
to import it, click the box beside the title LMR2E Warmups workout and then click the purple box Import
Shared workout and it will go into your video library. That's it! To get out of that page, over on the right
of the screen you'll see a Black X. Click on that and it will take you back to the Workout Blender page.
Then if you click on My Workouts on the left, the workout I shared should be there for you to do.
If you want, give it a try, you can always delete it if you don't want to keep it.
Annette, I love your gym workouts! whole body strength workout with the sled for cardio for 85 minutes! Thanks for sharing the details.Hi ladies,
Yes, I have a tan/burn today and it feels great!!
Today I came to the gym and did a whole body strength workout with the sled for cardio.
I did bench press(65, 55 and 75 pounds), back machine, shoulder machine, flye machine, dumbbells for chest flyes and press, bicep hammer curls, and regular curls plus concentration curls, lying overhead dumbbell for back, overhead for triceps and kickbacks, seated clean and press and shrugs. Plus the glute machine.
Then the sled for some cardio and then floorwork with weights for abs, legs and glutes with a longer stretch. Hip muscle still not happy.
Total time 85 minutes.
It is hot here too.
