Good morning everyone,

Today I did Rippedism chest/shoulders + Cathe X10 Fat Burning Circuit - sweatfest.

Henriette and Sandy - you two sure can drive a lot in one stretch! I am driving to Nova Scotia and back in about 1 mth (drop daughter off at summer french program) which is 2 days each way. Canada is huge. My threshold is 4 hours - then I am done! My DH can drive for days. He loves his car.

Elsie - you are quite the foam roller! I must look into that. What are the benefits for you?
Annette - saw your pic. you are a shrinking violet!

Today was KCM Total Body Kickbox Combo workout for 1st workout, then I did KCM Kickboxing the Kickboxing premix all in all 49 minutes.

I have an afternoon sub job. And I am trying to work out something with the gym because liability and taxes makes it not worth teaching but then I am out $99. Pray I can work something out.

Hi everyone.

Today was my first day back at work after a week off, but it wasn't really a normal Tuesday as I worked from home b/c my son had to go to his foot therapist this afternoon.

I was really looking forward to a Cathe Live strength w/o using lots of weights and had even spent time on YouTube deciding on which one to do but then cathe live would not cooperate. Streaming was barely working on my phone and not at all using Chromecast. I tried for nearly half an hour to get it to work as I was really looking forward to it but ended up giving up and popping in a dvd.

I unwrapped KCM muscle definition, so I guess I hadn't gottdn around to trying that one yet. I did the first premix, shoulders, biceps and triceps all double sets, abs and stretch. It was meant to be 58 min but i did it w/o extra breaks and it was 53min. Now my arms are fried! Good w/o, but this kind of w/o does not give me as much feel good as a Cathe Live. I do like the burn though... Really worked my muscles hard.

Hopefully I can go back to Cathe live tomorrow again for more fun.

Annette - keep us posted on what you manage to work out with your gym.

Shiobhan - driving I can last quite some hours, but I do take breaks when I need it, so every few hours. In the passenger seat I only last about 30min before dozing off and then I keep dozing off the rest of the journey no matter how many hours it is.

Good day eveybody. Today I meant to do some back work but had to back off due to my left arm pain. I did an rx and eco this week and on Saturday I will see a doctor. For now I just avoid any heavy weight lifting. So today was Ice Boot Camp: some slight modifications were needed here as well. It wasn't easy because my legs were sore from yesterday's workout, maybe I should have chosen a different workout, kickboxing or cardio maybe... I feel a bit tired but it is only Tuesday!!!!
 
Good day girls. :) Oh Sandy, very sorry to hear about your pain although glad you are getting some therapy. I am sure the therapist will put you on some modified strengthening. (hugs)

Yeah, I was just using the roller for apparatus pilates in the past (good for serratus strengthening) although last year I completed a course in myofascial rolling, release and stretch & have not looked back! I did it through Yamuna (balls) although it can be used for a roller as well. It is one of the rehab things that I need to do that I actually have fun with! It is great for old scarring. Nothing like it really. I like rolling out my shins as well pre-step since I tend to get a lot of tightness there.

Today I did ICE LI Sweat (1st part of Cardio 1 & 2nd half of Cardio 2), Sleek Technique standing abs, 2X17 standing chest flys, decliine push-ups to failure. Have arm DOMS from yesterday's workout.

Tomorrow is REST for me, although looking forward to reading all of your workouts!! :)
