Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- " Upper Body Sculpting" - 17 min.
Blender- " Metabolic Jump Rope Blast" - 20 min.

That's my Tuesday in the workout world!

Today I did a Cathe Live Functional Circuit (?) for 49 minutes. That was fun, tough and no repeats!!! I had to stop several times. Cathe is very fit in this workout!

Linda - you made your own jump rope workout? is there more than one video with jump rope? I gotta consider that
Deanna - an oldie but a goodie!
Annette - you got in some Cathe! I think we all had some microsoft/computer related problems yesterday
Nicki - I'm glad to see you working out again more regularly
Nora - wowza on the cardio yesterday!

nice job with your CatheLive this morning…49 min. Cathe only has the one jump rope
bonus….4 short rope chapters…but I use them a lot in the blender alternating with other exercises, and of course, I do all my “rope jumping” rope-less & low impact…but it’s still fun!
 
Hardcore Gym Style Legs on today's rotation. I had never done this one before. It's one of the many I bought during the Columbus Day sale. It's definitely endurance! The standing work got my heart rate up. I was totally enjoying this workout until the 1st inner thigh band work on the mat. The DVD kept freezing. I even went back to the beginning chapters & tried that way, but it still froze. The whole rest of the workout was impossible with the freezing & glitching.

Do you think customer service might replace it since it was a brand new, sealed in the packaging workout? And my player is brand new & all my other DVD's play fine.

Hi ladies,

Today was busy, started with dropping the mascara wand and getting waterproof mascara on my tee shirt and the carpet, sigh. Cleaned it up and changed shirts, went to the lab 15 minutes away to get my blood drawn( 5 vials this time) plus a urine test.

Then went to Walmart to return something and then bought a substitute.

Onto the drug store to get hubby's prescription,

Then the post office to mail some bills and taxes.

Then I finally arrived at the gym, I haven't eaten anything since I was fasting for the bloodwork so I took it easy.

I did 5 machines (chest machine, bicep machine, tricep machine, leg machine and the back machine), then dumbbells for chest press, hammer curls, triceps overhead (2 different tricep exercises), shoulders (Arnold press with hammer curls into a shoulder press), then the sled for only 2 runs with 6 plates wasn't feeling it today. Then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. 80 minutes total so not too bad.

Yes, our country is a mess, and we can use all the prayers we can get so thanks Siobhan for the prayers.

Yes, I would email Nancy in CS , link: [email protected]

They will probably want you to try & clean the dvd first, or if you have another & dfferent player, try it in that,
but nevertheless, I feel sure that they will make it right for you.

Deanna, Hardcore Gym Style Legs on today's rotation - I had to skip that one for now. I'm afraid I will reinjure my leg so I'm holding off on any leg workouts with weights for now.

Oh yeah...Gym Style Legs wouldn't be one to do with your leg. For sure. I really hope that heals soon.
