Hi ladies,
Today I did a 70 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press doing 55, 60 and 65 pounds. Then dumbbells for flyes using 10's and 15's, then tricep exercises using 10's and 15's. I took it light today so as to not hurt anything again.
Then I did an extended sled workout using both the strap, rope and a bosu. I pulled just the sled with the straps thrown over my shoulders facing forward , then pushed it back. Added 1, 45 plate and repeated, then pushed it back. Then I added another 45 and sat on the bosu and rope pulled the sled to me hand over hand. I also before this pulled the sled with the rope hand over hand with 2, 45's and a 25 on the sled. I backwards pulled the sled with the strap and ended pulling it back with the strap over just 1 shoulder (that hurt).
Then I did the incline leg press machine with 1, 45 and then with 1, 45 and 1 25 for both press and calves.
Then ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.
