Sorry to not post yesterday. I had password issues. Yesterday I did Supercuts and today I did a RWH LI cardio workout for 30 minutes but added on another warm-up for 10 minutes.

Good morning all!

Siobhan, great workout yesterday with Supercuts (I love that one) and today with RMH LI cardio-30 min.
with an extra warmup-10 min.

Nora, great workout yesterday with Ripped w/HiiT Upper Body Circuit- Premix #2 No Blasts= 37 Min
Virtual Active - American Northeast Hike (as Bike) = 36 Min
Intensity Series: Boot Camp- Core Only (1- #8 Med ball) = 11 Min Great combination

Today's workouts:

KCM-Sculpting RX-Premix: W/O #1- One set of all exercises- 22 min.
Stephanie Huckabee-PowerFit- "Rev It Up" cardio- 20 min.

I have been on a Stephanie Huckabee spree here lately. Since I am re-visiting her PowerFit & PowerFit
Harmony systems, I have pulled out her dvds that she did for Weight Watchers, One being Time Crunch
which is a selection of workouts with Tubing, I found her Stability Ball one, again Weight Watchers. Also
I googled what Firm workouts she was the instructor in, and found all of them in my Firm collection.
It's fun to find older workouts.

Hi ladies,

Today I did a 70 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press doing 55, 60 and 65 pounds. Then dumbbells for flyes using 10's and 15's, then tricep exercises using 10's and 15's. I took it light today so as to not hurt anything again.

Then I did an extended sled workout using both the strap, rope and a bosu. I pulled just the sled with the straps thrown over my shoulders facing forward , then pushed it back. Added 1, 45 plate and repeated, then pushed it back. Then I added another 45 and sat on the bosu and rope pulled the sled to me hand over hand. I also before this pulled the sled with the rope hand over hand with 2, 45's and a 25 on the sled. I backwards pulled the sled with the strap and ended pulling it back with the strap over just 1 shoulder (that hurt).

Then I did the incline leg press machine with 1, 45 and then with 1, 45 and 1 25 for both press and calves.

Then ended with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

That's it. Nice workouts ladies!!
 
Linda, I watched a video on YouTube about different ways to use the sled so I tried doing some of what I watched. They showed 3 different types of sleds so some of the exercises weren't feasible with the sled my gym has. But it was fun trying new things.

Annette- Bravo on your 70 minute gym circuit today Annette! Very cool variations with the sled. I wish I had a sled. Awesome weights, those are heavy to me s double high fives. Then you finished with floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. You are a legend and an inspiration. WTG & triple high fives:)!!! Have a blessed evening;)
