Last evening for me was: LowMax and Gym Style Chest ( was able to increase my reps for bench press of each set with the heavier weights)

Tonight will likely be cardio and another upper body part.

Tammy, we must have been thinking alike last night as I did Step Blast too! :) No abs for me though...I just can't figure out ab work with this big ol' preggie belly I got here! lol

This morning I did CoreMax 2&3 & StretchMax 3. This afternoon is my run.

Wendy-Do you do abs at all? I just don't see the point, but then what do I know?:)

Last night was Low Max for me as well, and segment 1 of Core Max.

Tonight will be a run and the Musclemax upper body premix.

Wendy....you are too cute! I don't think any of my friends when pregnant worked their abs...:)...I am quite impressed though by what you do with exercise.

Toady I am doing PLB standing, I use the different resistance bands for the leg presses instead of weights. Then a run in this misty rain and I'll probably do some Coremax and Chest & Back too...glad I am off work today...:)...

Morning all! I woke up this morning feeling so nauseous, so I fought with myself on whether or not to work out. I figured I would start and just do as much as I could. I got through the warm up and first combination of Step Blast and had to stop. I'm so disappointed. I'm going to try to finish it when I get home. I feel better, but still not great. I also plan to do back, shoulders, chest and one segment of Core Max.

Today is MM, CoreMAx, StretchMax; and then a 1 hour step tape plus 30-60 minutes on the elliptical for the knees.

I will be doing Muscle Max tonight.

Second day in a row that the weather is above 60 deg. Going to call DH at home and have him open up some windows in the house.

Good afternoon!!

Today it is beautiful and 60 degrees outside, so I went running outside for the first time since October...WOW!!

Today:
40 minutes running/20 minutes of HIIT: 15 second sprint intervals and 1-2 minute jog then cycle it again. The sprints with running were Killer!! my total cardio time was 40 minutes.. I have dropped my cardio time from 60-90 minutes to 40-50 minutes...we will see if there are any changes.

I am on the first week of the P90X rotation
P90X: Plyometrics with hubby tonight, when he gets home from work.

I was thinking of doing GS legs or L&G, but my hamstrings are pretty sore from running...so I don't know...we shall see!!

Anyone else run outside today?? It was wonderful!!

I'll be running outside this evening. I'd love to be out there today, but alas, work interferes in all my plans. I need to be independently wealthy!

I did them through my first trimester while I was still with no belly and allowed to lay supine.

Once I had to switch to an incline and the belly started to grow the ab work became a mystery to me! lol

I must have been doing something wrong coz I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything so I gave up!

They say you can still do it and that it is worth the effort but I gave up. I do everything else...good enough. If I have to work on my abs a little harder post-delivery, so be it!:)

It's getting tougher and tougher for me to keep up my current pace though. I have been considering cutting back once I finish up this rotation in a few days. I may still do 6 days per week but I may keep all of my work outs to only 30 mins or something...not sure yet. Still thinkin' about it.

Today was KPC! Haven't done this one in a while so I've been looking forward to it, but I'm beginning to think I should have used this as a rest day. I am still suffering from DOM's from Sunday's L&G and Mondays upper body split from CTX and after KPC today I can hardly move!!! Tomorrow will be a rest day for sure!!

I did a new tape today which probably isn't new to some of you. It was Hardcore Kickbox Circuit with Janis Saffell and Guillermo Gomez. It was a very good workout though I will have to learn her choreography, I didn't have too much trouble with the guy. Of course I already had one of his and was used to his style. This was the first Janis one that I have tried. The people in the tape to make alot of comments unlike Cathe's where you can't hear the comments made by her crew.

I liked the workout so I will be doing it along with my other kickboxing tapes.:) :7
