Blender- "STS 2-Body Parts: Warmups-Chest, Back & Triceps" - 17 min.

Today was an 84 minute gym circuit consisting of 4 machines (2 upper and 2 lower body), cables for biceps and shoulders, dumbbells for chest press, biceps, triceps and shoulders. Elliptical for cardio (20 minutes), the floorwork for abs. Short stretch, I have a ton to do at home so gotta go.
