Happy First Day of Spring...more like Summer!

Going to be 80 degrees today...maybe I feel the flu coming on....hmmm;)

Today was step - I did Seasun's Stepping Up.

Carmen - can you send that recipe for the cookies???? I am making some next weekend and have no clue what to make.

Hi all,

I did 3 exercises for shoulders, 2 for chest off of Slow and Heavy then did the abs off of Kelly's 30 Minutes to Fitness-weights for my abwork. Not bad considering I really needed to do some weight work and it all felt good.

I am considering resigning my one job, I really think I jumped back into Mental Health too soon and need a longer break or to find another field altogether.

Pray my hubby is supportive of this decision, thanks.:D

Hi everyone,

I worked out late today 'cos I had to cast a strike vote this morning. I could be on strike as of this saturday morning. I could use a break.

This evg I did Cathe's high reps. It's been a while since I did that one entirely. Tough but good.

Annette - why did I think you were a teacher?
Conni - it's hot here too
Carmen - working out today?

have a nice evg. see you all tomorrow morning.

Maybe because I am also a substitute teacher and I have homeschooled my boys throughout their educational experience. I still have a 9th grader at home that I am still homeschooling. I have also worked in mental health off and on for the past 25 years, but my degree is in Biology. Go figure. I was strictly a SAHM for 15 years before reentering the workforce part time working weekends at a Group Home (psychiatric) as a Direct Care Worker. I quit that job and went into subbing, I only took the TSS job so we could have a steadier income than just subbing.

Hi ladies no workout today another late meeting. Tomorrow is afterburn! Looking forward to it.

Connie I made one of those prepackaged cookie dough ones. Soo good. They are almost gone!

Have a good night ladies.

Carmen
