Thank you for the birthday wishes ! Hubby took me out to dinner before the snowstorm hit, it was nice.
Today I did Cathe's Cross Train Express, the first 20 minutes of 10-10-10, then the kickboxing and the arm drills and cooldown on the Kickbox one. That was about 42 minutes, then I tacked on the 8 Minute Taebo workout which is actually 11 minutes.
If I think about it, I probably am in better shape now endurance, and stamina wise and stronger than I was after I lost all the weight. I am not as small as I once was but other things have improved.
