well after Shovel Max, did a 23 min. Bootcamp Lite blender mix.
Everyone have a good day, we aren't opening until noon. Gotta get moving!
 
We have reached blizzard and white out conditions here in NY. Nasty business!! I did Bob Harper Body Rev Cardio Conditioning with the bonus legs and glutes. Stay safe everyone. Here's to hoping we don't lose power!
 
Hi gals,

Thank you for the birthday wishes ! Hubby took me out to dinner before the snowstorm hit, it was nice.

Today I did Cathe's Cross Train Express, the first 20 minutes of 10-10-10, then the kickboxing and the arm drills and cooldown on the Kickbox one. That was about 42 minutes, then I tacked on the 8 Minute Taebo workout which is actually 11 minutes.

If I think about it, I probably am in better shape now endurance, and stamina wise and stronger than I was after I lost all the weight. I am not as small as I once was but other things have improved.

Hey girls!

So much snow for you girls!
Here it's around 10 degrees celcius so not all that cold, but I do feel cold. Perhaps I am just super tired... All the time. I often joke that I have been tired the last 11 years, only it's not much of a joke as I really can fall asleep even mid day.

I worked slightly less today, seeing I worked extra yesterday so I managed to do my w/o before dinner for a change.

I did Gym Style Legs premix 2, which is 48min and it was brutal! I could barely get up from my stretch after having worked the outer thighs, the last exercise. Ouch!

Hi Everyone,

I look awful! everyone at work has been saying i should stay home I look so unwell. My response - really? I worked out this morning :) and, I did! I did my own PUB + PHA Upper Body done over and over again. I am loving PHA wow!

henriette - when I drove into the parking lot at work a couple of weeks back, I heard a ping on my phone. It was you, liking a cathe post of mine. it was so sweet to learn it was you. I felt like I had a bit of a secretly fun life that no one could possibly understand. so happy we've met!

and henriette - you work very very hard with all that you do so i can understand you feeling tired. it's kind of the time of life when your kids are young - there's just so much to do.

great workouts ladies. see you all tomorrow i hope.
 
After the shoveling and workout this morning, I just finished a 30 min. FitTower Lower Body workout. I am
Officially done for today! Probably won't be able to get of the bed in the morning!
 
Looking out to the back deck. Standing next to the door, the snow was up to my thigh, above my knee...I'm 5'3". When I took this pic it was still snowing. Craziness!!
 
Wow! We never get snow like that in the Netherlands. If we get snow, it's just a couple of centimeters and it usully doesn't even stay for more than a boy, but it does cause a lot of trouble. Trains, trams and subways not driving, car accidents all over the place. I think it was 6 years ago the last time we had a layer of snow that actually stuck around for a day or two, when fortunately I worked about 6km from home so instead of biking to work I walked all the way through the snow.
