Good morning everyone,

It's March break around here. The kids are home just hanging around.

Today I did Cathe's Pure Strength Legs standing work only minus deadlifts - they just aggravate my lower back. Then I moved on and did TTM Triple Tabata minus the warm up as I was already warmed up!

Carmen - what did you come up with for today?

Today was Low Impact Step - am not sure which workout that is, so I subbed KCM Stepboxing ( the first one).
 
Hi Ladies - Just finished ZCut workout number 3. It was a 10 min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) workout. I got two complete rounds and 5 burpees of the third round. I finished out that third round after the timer went off. That was a tough workout. I'm starting to see changes in my silhouette since starting Zuzka's short intense workouts. I want to look fit when I go back to work in April.

I hope to get a fun zumba session in at 5 pm tonight!

Great workouts ladies! We are strong fit women!! woo hoo!

It is Spring Break here also.

I did 30 min. of the Ultimate Taebo, then did abs off of Kelly Coffey-Meyer's 30 Min. to Fitness-TLC workout then did some chest and tricep work off of Gym Style Chest and Triceps. So I got cardio and weights and abs all in today.

Tomorrow is my birthday:eek: hard to believe I am closing in on 50 real fast. Just another year and I hit that 'wonderful' milestone,:eek:

Just got back from Zumba - it was movie night. Some were dressed as their favorite movie character. I dont know how people move and sweat in some of those costumes. I had a blast and won a movie pass door prize!

Annette - Happy birthday, I love birthday cake! Enjoy the day.
