Hi ladies,
Well, I did it!! Not quite as far as previous records, I was probably a sled length away from my target but I pushed 748 pounds, 10 more than on my previous video!! Yay me!!
Today was Back and Biceps plus 2 leg machines, THE SLED, and a short floorwork for abs and legs and a short stretch . This was 78 minutes.
I did the back machine, the leg extension machine, the rear delts machine, dumbbells for hammer curls, concentration curls and hammer with a twist plus barbell curls with 20 and 30 pound preloaded barbell.
Then the glute machine and then the sled. Warm up for the sled was shorter but I still pushed a new record for me!!
Nice workouts ladies, it is hot outside today.
