Today was Intensity! Probably one of my Cathe cardio favs.. It is a killer, but in a good way.:p

Annette - Cathe is coming out with a new series this fall, check out the home page! Pricing is very reasonable, imo, and worth it!
 
Thanks Conni I did finally find it.

I did the weights off of Step Boxing then did the floorwork from Jeannette Jenkins Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs then the 8 Minute Taebo for a little cardio.

Hi Ladies just finished a mish mosh of KB, jump rope and bodyweight exericses. Also took a 20 brisk walk by the water downtown today at lunch. So nice to completely empty the brain during those walks.

Hi everyone,

Good workouts. This morning I did a mish mish. I did pub bis and back + 2 tabatacise segments, bj gaddour 10 minute torcher + a short Pilates segment. Love our workouts! See you all tomorrow.
