Today is PUB + 20 minutes of cardio. I'm undecided about WHAT cardio I'll do. I'm feeling a little DOMSy (I like that word Emily
) after yesterday's PLB. I used my BB for the first time with the deadlifts and really liked it! I think I just might use the BB for the whole w/o tomorrow....dare I?? }(
Shelley- Hope your DD feels better soon! Awesome run this morning- the earlier the better with all this heat and humidity.
Boybert- Aww, your little one's first time in the pool is so special! IM3 and ME!?! Wow, rock on! I'm excited about your new DVDs, too! PUB/PLB is on the top of my wish list too.
Becky- Thanks for sharing about your Cardio Kicks experience. I've found kickboxing to kick my butt! lol I think it's mixing and matching kickboxing with step is a cool idea. Try it!
Dutchie- I always enjoy hearing about your runs. It inspires me! Enjoy your beautiful weather- I'm jealous!
Charlotte- Welcome back! I think it's fabulous that you worked out throughout your vacation. Wow, that's dedication!
