Today was Turbo Barre, my booty is going to be talking to me later....
 
Good morning, just finished A.M. Yoga, Zcut power yoga balance and plyo, then ZCut strength workout #5. This workout clocks in at 13:55 and has 3 rounds of 4 exercises but three of the excercises focus on lower body. Had to modify for the knee. Good sweat.

Hi ladies,

I overslept this morning, having trouble sleeping (getting to sleep) again so then I oversleep.

I did PUB up only premix no abs just too hot this afternoon in the house to really concentrate on a good workout. I did however go heavier on the exercises and did a few less reps during the workout so it was good and I should feel it tomorrow.

Tomorrow I go to the pool ( barring all goes well), so that will be nice.
