Do you ladies have paid subscriptions to lots of different platforms? Or are most of the workouts free or on DVD that you mention? I currently pay for my Peloton membership and my daughter gifted me the Cathe Live subscription. Otherwise it’s DVDs and free YouTube workouts.
Cathe Live: Ripped w Hiit Scrambler (#34) This workout is a mix of elements from Lower and Upper Body Circuit as well as Plyo Hiit 2. So it includes both cardio blasts on and off the step along with strength and compound exercises. I only used my 6 inch step for this one. Very cautious these days since my car accident. Finished with a 10 minute Peloton core class plus a 10 minute Pilates routine.
I may do a treadmill walk this evening to get in some steps since it’s way too hot to walk the dogs.
