Today's workouts:

Blender- "One Dumbbell PHA" - 37 min.
Leslie Sansone- "One Mile Booster Walk" w/ weighted toning balls- 16 min.

Hi ladies,

Took 2 long hikes both involved steep inclines and then of course declines coming back or vice versa. One was to a waterfall the other was to an overlook on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We saw 1 other waterfall but it was visible from the parkway.

I have over 7000 steps so far.

Annette, it's nice to do something different every now and then, especially outside. Sounds like you had some beautiful scenery. Enjoiy!!
 
Forgot to post yesterday and I did Cathe Live Loops with fabric and firewalker bands for 42 minutes (I think) then Cathe Live Core Express for 20 minutes and finished with Total Body Stretching Basic Stretching for 14 minutes. Enjoyed both of the Cathe Live workouts.
