Today I did a Taebo workout for 60 minutes . Had to modify some due to my arm/shoulder giving me a fit but I finished it.

Hi ladies!! Annette be careful w/ that shoulder. Next thing you know it will creep over to your neck, upper back etc. Linda, that's so funny! Yes, I do appreciate what you have going on. I look at it this way...if I'm spending hard earned money on wkouts, I better damn well DO them! Same w/ Cathe Live. I try to do at least 1/wk. I might start doing more. I need to "catch-up" as there are a lot of the Live classes that I haven't done yet. Today I did KCM Circuit Burn. Unfortunately I ran out of time.....so I had to put it back....so I can do it again in it's entirety...then move it to the bottom shelf.;) Hello to all who follow
 
Hi all!

Despite the heat I managed my steps and a slow w/o. It was super hot in my w/o room so I had to go with something very low impact and short. I did Lean Legs & Abs timersaver 3 which is chair, firewalker and barre and approx 30min. I want to do more but I am trying to listen to my body and this heat is just not great for working out at home.
