Hi ladies,

Welcome Tinks!

Today was Imax3, just couldn't face a step workout ( yawn), so I did CLX Burn it Off, then STS Ab Circuits Stability Ball workout.

What are you all up to today?
 
I feel run off my feet Conni! I could not face a workout today so I slept in and DH walked the dog. Ahhhhh.

See you all tomorrow.

I am baking tonight so no workout later either.

Welcome Tinks, good to see a new face, so to speak.

I did 41 min. of free heavy weights for shoulders, biceps and triceps including LL abs. I did not, however, get cardio in because it is very hot and humid in the house. But I am happy with what I did get done.
