I'm still working on my room its getting there but still more to do, phew! It's so darn hot and I'm so exhausted, tough combo for me.

Today was-YT- T&D: back & biceps= 21 minutes- WTG & High fives
tabata= 13 min approx.- Good stuff!
Cathe warm-up for 5 minutes and your own stretch- nice
Nicely done on yesterday and today's workouts they all sound fun & tough!

Annette- Another awesome gym circuit workout today and mixing it up with short bits of legs, abs, and elliptical segments in your floorwork. Very nice combo
