Daily Check-in, Tuesday, June 10, 2025

Good Morning Everyone,

I can't believe I forgot to check in yesterday :(

Yesterday I did a T&D cardio workout for 40 minutes. I added in my own 10 minute stretch. Today I did more T&D: back & biceps for 21 minutes, tabata for 13 minutes-ish, a Cathe warm-up for 5 minutes and I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - I hope you are enjoying your workout!
Annette - WTG with another cardio find!
Nora - I wouldn't be able to workout in the heat either. I hope you are able to get in a workout and clear that room for yourself. I do not like clutter or "storage' unless it's hidden in a closet.
Nicki - how's it going at the new house?

Good morning! Nice cardio workout yesterday Siobhan, and today as well, with T&D back/biceps-21 min,
and a tabata for 13 min. You had a good mish-mosh today! Speaking of cardio, I just realized that I have
mostly all cardio this week, don't know how that happened!

Today's workouts:

Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body Circuit
Interval Time App- " 25 min. Cycling & Total Body Weights

That's it!

Hi ladies,

Today was a shorter 70 minute gym circuit consisting of 1 machine for back, cables for shoulders, dumbbells (15,17.5 & 20's)for chest press and flyes, hammer curls and regular curls(not 20's), triceps 1 (each arm separately)arm overhead, seated clean and press with 10's 2 sets, wrist curls with 10's, curls and reverse down with 10's, side laterals with 10's, and triceps kickbacks with 10's.


Then I did short bits on the elliptical between floorwork to add some cardio to the mix, not long on the elliptical each time. Did abs, legs and glutes with a stretch at the end.

Nice workouts ladies.

I did look at Kelly's YouTube video just haven't done any yet.
 
Add on a 40 minute walk/jog trying out my new walking / running shoes. Boy is it humid out there but at least there is a breeze.

Well, I wasn't overly impressed with their maiden voyage. I am going to let the foot that shouldn't have hurt recover and try again and maybe add my orthotics. Thankfully I can return them if they don't work out. They looked better than the TOPO pair, but I may have to bite the bullet and go with the not so pretty ones. Sigh, we'll see.

I'm still working on my room its getting there but still more to do, phew! It's so darn hot and I'm so exhausted, tough combo for me.

Nicely done on yesterday and today's workouts they all sound fun & tough!;) It's still hot and I'm still de-cluttering my workout room, fingers crossed. Have a good evening;)

Annette- Another awesome gym circuit workout today and mixing it up with short bits of legs, abs, and elliptical segments in your floorwork. Very nice combo:) Plus you added on 40 minute walk/jog trying out my new walking shoes. Let us know what your thoughts on your new shoes after you've had more time to form an opinion.
