Nora, what a fun workout yesterday!
Virtual Active- Sierra Nevada 2 Hike (As Bike) = 36 Min
Ripped w/HiiT- Lift It Hit It Chest, Tri's & Sh = 40 Min
The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- Core Toner = 10 Min - Uses Hand Weights 3 or 5 pounds

You went on a "trip" yesterday too......but I guess you didn't need your "passport" to go to Nevada! :)
Oohh, I have the Firm Flat Abs Solution dvd too! It's always been interesting to see how many of the same
dvds we have acquired over the years! Great minds think (and buy) alike I guess!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Lower Body Options" - 25 min.
YT-Michelle Briehler- "25 min. Weighted Vest & Rebounder Workout"

Today I did a Cathe warm-up and a DanielPT total body heavy weight workout for 35 minutes. I will do my own extended stretch in a minute.

Linda - Nice variety this morning! A weighted rebounder workout sounds like you need to stay balanced and focused - depending upon the weight :)
Annette - I'll have to check out your recs!
Nora - Wowza on your workout! You've got stamina!

Hi ladies,

Today I. Am. So. Sore. Yesterday's workout has really hit me hard, I think every muscle except biceps and triceps hurt!!! My legs especially oh my thighs!!

But I came to the gym and did an 86 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press up to 80 pounds, back machine with 25 on each side, the glute machine, dumbbells for chest flyes, hammer curls, triceps overhead and concentration curls plus seated clean and press, side laterals and wrist curls.

Sled for cardio, over the shoulder pull 2 times and then the rope pull, then floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. Getting on the floor hurt too.

Nice workouts ladies!!

I am beat!!

get things loosened & stretched …..
 
Ok gals, sitting hurts the actual action of sitting down and of course getting up again. Sigh. I am a hurting puppy...

Annette- Sorry about that gift of DOMS you received. It sounds strange to say Cathe is not the culprit, LOL!!

Virtual Active Connect 18 Wine Tour- Disc 1 - Class 2 Cabernet Savignon = 47 Min

The Firm -Turbo Charge Weight Loss- Burn & Firm = 20 Min - Did not care for this one too fast, high impact, and no modifier. It was good to try though.
The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- = 10 Min - Good abs stuff, just not knee friendly
