Glad you are feeling better, Ceci.
Today I went through the workout that failed as a walking routine. Did a warm up(active), then did various dumbbell exercises for upper and lower body for a little over 15 minutes, then I went through the cardio songs using what I had written down before and then adding things to make it through ~23 minutes of cardio, then did a short cooldown in preparation to resume the weight work which was mostly nonweighted exercises for another 10 or so minute (including standing abs) then the cooldown/stretch. 54 minutes total. I was sweating buckets by the end.
Then I decided that wasn't enough [emoji50], and did Cathe's Rock em Sock em Kickbox the 35 minute premix.
I am thoroughly beat now!!
