Daily Check-in, Tuesday, July 29, 2025

Good morning!

My body is still feeling the 2 1/2 hour marathon cleaning session from yesterday. Warmed up with a Peloton 15 minute treadmill hike, wearing my weighted vest. Followed by CD’s Live Cardio Jam. Tabata style routine. I think 5 circuits. Used 8 pound dumbbells for a few moves. Nice cardio effect. Nothing too intense. Decided to stay for her second live class Flow and Flexible. Started with some simple standing yoga type moves and then to the floor for extended stretching. Felt good for my hips.
