Hi Everyone,

today I did a mish mosh of Cathe STS Meso 2 Week 3 - 30 minutes of legs (I struggle to complete 3 rounds - it gets monotonous - I prefer 2 rounds) + 15 minutes of Funk Roberts bodyweight cardio. what a sweatfest.

Geoff - you are hitting some of the oldies! I've pulled out a few older workouts lately and they are just amazing!

Hi everyone,

Today I went to the pool, it was hot and I needed to go. I ended up spending an hour in the pool all while doing some water exercises. I was laying in the sun the rest of the time and that was 2 hours and 10 minutes.

I may work on some of my new music and I may not. Gotta eat something, haven't eaten all day.
