Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a 50 minute workout blender of EDT (chest/shoulders + bi's/tri's) then added on PUB chest and biceps. No cardio today.

Melanie - I know what you mean - I can do some decent cardio too but put me in a pool and whoa! I am hooped within 5 minutes.

I wasn't sure what to do this morning. I looked at Yvette workouts, sydney, cathe etc.. I decided on more cathe because there is something about her music, her voice, the set etc. that triggers my brain into a very happy space. It's conditioning. I've likely smiled so much while doing cathe that I now equate her workouts with extreme satisfaction and joy. Love Cathe.

Have a great day everyone. Long day for me today. Not home til 9:30 or 10.

My name is Lisa I am 51 years old and I have been working out for a very long time. I started with a Jane Fonda cassette and workbook! I now do mostly Cathe but also mix in others including Yvette.

If you want to know anything else about me just ask :)

Today was Afterburn and Butts and Gutts Stability Ball Abs.

Hi gals,

Today I went to the gym and did 33 minutes on the stair machine and 35 minutes on the elliptical machine.

Did 2 sets of leg press on the leg press machine.

Hubby still sick only went to work to get his work laptop and work is a 45 minute drive each way.

A little late to the party today.
One hour HIIT workout with a group. Enjoyed it.
I get what you mean about Cathe Ceci- motivating in a very low key way. She also isn’t afraid to show when she is struggling which make my struggles easier.
Hi Lisa- I remember Jane’s videos from high school so I guess I’ve been at it as long as you have :)
The Stairmaster is a tough one- good for the butt though!
