Daily Check-In Tuesday July 24

Good Morning Fitties!

Tammy...in a hurry this morning??:eek: ha

We had a GREAT anniversary yesterday!
None of it was planned but it turned out to be so much fun. In the morning I went to the county fair with my mom & dad !
We just walked all over and had fun.
My DH got off work early and we went to eat at a new resteraunt called PappaDeaux Seafood Kitchen! OMG was it good !
I had salmon with lobstermeat and shrimp (uhoh , in a butter based sauce) and dirty rice. He had blackened tilapia with crawfish in a sweet basil sauce,& cheesygrits with sweet corn , and we shared! Then we split a banana pudding. It was awesome!
We did eat only 1/2 of our food and then didn't eat the rest of the day, We were both still full !~:eek: :9

Then we went to see the HP movie !!! LOVED IT !:D

Thanks for all the good wishes. I can't believe we've been married 25 years!

Today's workout has to include more weights. Yesterdays C & W premix didn't cut it. It was fun cardio but next to NO weights!
I'll figure out something!

I have yoga on tap for nap tap and that rescheduled run with my friend tonight.

I go on vacation in 2 more days! OMG! I'm soooo ready to go!:7 :7 :7

Hi gals,

I did the Muscle Max upper body premix today, and boy those shoulders are still killing me everytime I do that workout. UGH!!

This week's workouts will be haphazard at best. We have a fishing trip (in which I have to go and hang out (I am not going on the boat fishing) until they get back and we have the pool party for all the summer birthdays) on Thursday, my dh is off of Friday so that may mess things up too. So I can't workout on Thursday since the fishing thing starts at 8 am and it is an hour and half drive to get there, Friday may work since dh wants to go somewhere that may not include me. I can workout tomorrow doing lower body, and maybe Friday or Sat. doing upper body again that may work.
