Today I did a 45 minute upper body Millionaire Hoy workout. I took a rest day yesterday.

Hi everyone! Welcome ohoward!

Planned rest day for me today so a little KY but I might decide to do a little something more later. Week 3 of my month in this rotation always centers in recovery but I’m not sure I need as much as I planned for.

Last night I added a 23 minute Classical Stretch and it felt really restorative.

It has been a strange few days. Over the weekend, it was my back, and today it is my left knee. I'm glad I have saved all my orthopedic gear over the years. Getting old is not for the weak hearted. Strapped on a knee brace and did 50m LIVE Basic-Intermediate Choreo Step w/Karla Luster Fit Outside the Box. Have a great day everybody.

Sherri, I don’t have any suggestions but just want you to know I can commiserate on the free floating ortho issues. I’ve experienced them and they are extremely frustrating. Glad you were still able to exercise.

Today I stayed home and did a 44 minute Taebo off of You Tube then did 20 minutes of floorwork and abs and legs.

It is hot, and 80 degrees in the room I exercise in so I was drenched in sweat.

Today is my middle son's 26th birthday! Hard to believe how time flies.
