Good morning everyone,

Today I did a mix of a Cathe warm-up (xtrain), SSOD cycle workout for 20 minutes and added on 25 minutes of a SSOD lower body weight workout. I did my own stretch.

Linda - enjoy your workout!!! P.S. I did no research on bikes. I just accepted what was given based on the PT being a local spin class instructor (she has her own spin and PT gym).
Annette - I hope you got a nice tan yesterday :)
Nora - WTG with RWH!!! That's a full w/o for me yet you did even more!

Nora, great workout yesterday with:
Ripped w/HiiT- HiiT Circuit Upper Body- Premix #2 No Blasts = 37 Min
Virtual Active Alberta Bike - Badlands = 36 Min
The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- Core Toner = 10 Min
That was a great mish-mosh of upper body, abs & cardio!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Two Loops: Lower Body" - 27 min.
DVD mix: "Functional Pilates" - 17 min.


That's it.

Nicki, I just shared a new Blender, fresh off the press :) It's approx 34 min. titled "Compound, Cardio, Core"
4 rounds--each round is 3 metabolic(compound) exercises then a cardio and a standing core. If you're
interested, it's there for you!

I wanted to let you know, since you like SSOD, on YouTube, there's a channel with free spin & other workouts
with Brian & Kat, that are or were SSOD instructors.......I'll get the name of it, if you want to check it out, &

Hi ladies,

Pool was nice and my face is very red.

Today ended up being 98 minutes long, oh my!! Wasn't expecting it to be that long.

I did the back machine 25 on each side for all positions and 35 on each side for 2 positions.

Then bench press up to 80 pounds.

Then the calf machine with a 45 plate on for 2 sets.

Then the glute machine up to 60 pounds.

Then the leg extension machine.

Then dumbbells for chest flyes with 15's. Hammer curls with 15's, shrugs with 15's, 1 triceps exercise.

Then cables for lat pulldowns starting at 55 pounds and then 65 pounds. Another cable exercise that works shoulder, biceps and triceps.

Then the sled, backwards pull 6, pushed 7, then backwards pulled 6 and pushed 5 I think.

Then quick floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

I am done!!

Nice workouts ladies!!

Gonna be a hot one tomorrow. Ugh!!

The Firm Flat Abs Solution- Firm & Flat Abs- = 10 Min -lots of knee stuff prisoner squats not a fan of this one.

Cycle Max- Cycle Max Express = 41 Min
