Hydrow Circuit Training- 10 min. Row & Targeted Upper Body Circuit
Blender- "Jump Rope Bonus # 2" - 11 min.
Blender add-on: "Stability Ball Core Finisher" - 8 min.

Deanna - the first 20 minutes of AT are gruelling

The ICE series is fun! Love all of them!

Yep, the first part of Athletic Training is the toughest. I have to be in the right mindset to do it. Sometimes it's nice to have simple step choreography & just focus on keeping the moves crisp & not get sloppy. For this one I focus on that & listening to her encourage me to keep going. I always feel so accomplished after this workout because the first few times I did it, I had to throw in some rest periods.
 
I slept really good last night, have been eating very healthy, & woke up full of energy this morning. Gloved Up & Sweaty was on the rotation schedule I'm doing so I had a total blast with that one! I love everything about it! Then I decided to start exploring one I've been passing over because it really intimidates me - Cross Fire. I landed on the Firewalker Tabata. I figured the tabata is less than 5 minutes so go for it. Oh my, it's killer!!! I added 10 more seconds of rest before going through the 2nd round. Oh, I used the pink band instead of the blue one! What a chicken I am!!!! LOL! Now I'm determined instead of intimidated. I think I'll go for the Low Impact Bonus Tabata next.

Hi ladies,

Today I am back at the gym for a 90 minute circuit consisting of 3 machines and 1 leg press machine plus cables for upper body and shoulders, then slightly lighter dumbbells since I took last week off for chest press, bicep concentration curls, and hammer curls, seated clean and press with 10 pound dumbbells, tricep kickbacks with 10 pound dumbbells, and the sled to 10 plates, then floorwork for abs and a stretch.

My back is hurting so that was one reason I went lighter.

Nice workouts ladies. And honestly cardio kickboxing is more fun to me than a workout.

Deanna, nice choice of workouts with Gloved Up & Sweaty & Cross Fire. I haven't visited Cross Fire that
often ......rarely use it in blender workouts.

Whew, Annette, your 90 min gym circuit sounded pretty tough. WTG! hope your back feels better soon.

Ladies, was in the office today so no workout for me. My groin is killing me again so I'll back off for a few days.
Sounds like everyone had awesome workouts. I'm jealous!!
The tabatas are killers and I love them. Just have to get my head in it to think, it will be over sooner than you know! Great cardio!
