Hi Siobhan,
Today I slept in and ended up doing a workout I found on Turnstep.com that I want to try with my ladies.
It is a Seven Kick Progression. I used one of my disco cds for music. All lower body using front kicks, side kicks, back kicks, roundhouse, hitch, knee strikes and crescent knees and kicks both inner to outer and outer to inner (which is a challenge). I added some abs and leg stretches at the end. The cd is an hour long.
My legs should feel this tomorrow.
My jaw and front clavicle still hurt from yesterday's dumbbell mishap.
