Today's workouts:

Blender- " Express Kickbox" - 21 min.
Blender- "Toy Store Abs # 4"- 15 min.

As I've always done, and especially more so now, I am modifying if & when I need to. Just like Susan
Powter(?) used to say in her workouts...."Modify, Modify"!

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone,

A quick workout this morning, Linda.

I'm sorry to be MIA. I was waiting for Linda to start us off on Friday but then never returned to my basement computer (where my password is saved :( ) to post my workout. I had a busy weekend as I worked Saturday morning and got on the road thereafter for Ottawa to celebrate my MIL's 90th birthday. I returned yesterday and now I'm back at it! I think Friday was 2.0 Total Body - the third one? Is there a third one? Today I did a Cathe Live Butts & Guts II for 43 minutes and added on a 5 minute BB upper body workout. I took creatine beforehand so felt strong and capable to endure most of the reps in B&G 2.

Annette - Happy Anniversary to you! And what's up with your skin? Is it eczema? I have eczema so had to stop all cow dairy back in my 20's as I couldn't manage the red dry patches on my face. They disappeared as soon as I stopped the dairy (but I have a cow dairy allergy - not goat). I hope it's figureoutable.

Siobhan- Wow! You have been busy. I hope your MIL enjoyed celebrating her 90th birthday. Congrats to her and belated b-day wishes. Now your back from Ottawa and rested hopefully.

Hi ladies,
I finally made it to the gym for a gym circuit workout consisting of 3 machines, 2 cable exercises, dumbbells moderate weight, sled to 12 plates and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch. It was 90 minutes. Then I talked to my friend who was at the gym as I was wrapping up.

Ran some errands. Thanks for the anniversary congrats.

Siobhan, the rash is normally a late Fall occurrence that I get after not getting any sun but this time it is lasting longer and the leg rash is usually gone by now but it is hanging around too.

Our power came back on around 2:30 am.

The back of both houses looks really bad.

Hello, Ladies! In the office today and then to dinner with a friend. No workouts today. Trying to figure out what's going on with HULU. Can't sign in and help.com is down. So frustrating and I will miss Will Trent:mad:
