Hi ladies,

Siobhan - Are you using the same weights as Cathe in this series? I had few issues in Xtrain, but this one slays me - I have to go down farther than I thought, especially with those finishers. I have a hard time getting the dumbbells up to do my chest work so I have to drop weight after before the final set.

Today was Cardio of choice - I did Seasun's Super Z Step and core workout. Nice steady state cardio..
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did KCM's Plateau Buster. I got it from the library. It is actually really fun and boy did time ever fly.

Conni - Sometimes I can keep up and sometimes I have to drop down. There are a few moves where I go up in weight too - but just a bit e.g. an ab move and a leaning leg move.

I am really loving RWH.

Hi ladies I cancelled my trip to Tallahassee yesterday. I woke up sick yesterday and took the day as a rest day.

Today I did Peak 10 cardio only first 3 peaks. Good workout. Iv started drinking 2 tablespoons of Apple cider vinegar in water in the mornings. Gives good energy! I leave for Rochester on Thursday.
