Well, exciting news about new Cathe workouts! Still very curious about them and waiting
to hear more tomorrow....

Today's workouts:

Blender- "Total Body Barbell Express" - 27 min.
YT-Coach Ali- "Ultimate Legs Weight Plate Workout" - 19 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training # 52- 10 min. Rowing & Weights Hiit Workout

Nice long workout this morning Linda!

Today I did more Tapout XT - 30 minutes of band work followed by 30 minutes of cardio XT and 5 minutes of abs.

And wait what? Cathe has new workouts planned? say more!!!

Great job with your workouts yesterday everyone!

Today was Fit Tower Long & Strong 34m, ICE Muscle Meltdown Shoulders 15.5 for me. Cathe uses intermediate weights and I did too.

Annette: I hope your feet are feeling better.

Siobhan: Happy Anniversary this week!

Linda: I’m also anxious to read more about the new series. I’m planning on ordering.
 
Another great combo, Lannette, with Fit Tower Long & Strong 34m, & ICE Muscle Meltdown Shoulders 15.5. You got me thinking about the FitTower and I’ve put
Slim & Trim on schedule in a couple weeks. :)

yes, I most likely will order tomorrow as well. To date, I have never missed a presale!
 
Hi ladies,

I just found out about the new workouts yesterday. Not sure about them yet.

Today was an 82 min gym circuit, I went heavier on some things, stayed the same on others. I did some different exercises like side laterals (bent arm) and shruggs, plus some cable work and machine for back. This was all around 30 ish minutes, then I did the sled for cardio for around 18 minutes and then did about 25 minutes of leg machines and floorwork for abs , legs and glutes with a stretch. Close enough to the time I said.

Now I have to go home change clothes and go see the arthritis doctor.

Linda- Oo thanks for spreading th good news on New Cathe workouts soon to be offered on pre-order. I ran to check out and see what Cathe posted about it and I gotta say they sound good. I just hope this new series is afforadable.

Very nicely done! I recall you did another Tapout XT workout yesterday. I was curious as to what you thought about ? I've wondered about Tapout XT myself but just never tried it so I'm curious. They looked fun as I recall from the infomercial.

Annette- Another great gym circuit workout of = 82 Min. Nice variety with shoulders, shruggs, cable work, shruggs, sled wor 18 minutes. Then 25 Min leg machine work, finishing up with floorwork for abs , legs and glutes. Concluding with a well deserved stretch.. Nicely done as always. Have a great day!;)

Finally came up for air to report in. One of those days that started super early and has just been non-stop ever since.

Had to take The Boy (15) to his semi-annual neurology appointment. We are rural, so the “big city” is about a 90-minute drive, with traffic and parking deck and time allotted for getting lost (which I seldom fail to do). That was at 8AM, so we left at 630AM. It’s just been flying knees and elbows ever since, with a full day of home school, Grocery Max, and arriving back home to find that my younger daughter had the bright idea to walk the (75-lb) dog in the front yard. She went to check the mail, started talking to some elderly ladies who were out walking, lost control of the dog, and he knocked one of them over. Nothing but fun today — I’m telling you!

Today is a cardio day, which had been pre-programmed to be the step portion of Body Max 2 (which is one of my favorites). I need to stop dithering, get some food on my stomach and get down to the dungeon and just knock it out. Can’t say my energy is great, but that’s what cardio is for. Hopefully, I don’t bonk, LOL.

EVERYONE’S WORK TODAY LOOKS SO GOOD! I often imagine what it must be like to be a fly on the wall at some of your workout sessions :D Super proud!
