Annette- Another great gym circuit workout of = 82 Min. Nice variety with shoulders, shruggs, cable work, shruggs, sled wor 18 minutes. Then 25 Min leg machine work, finishing up with floorwork for abs , legs and glutes. Concluding with a well deserved stretch.. Nicely done as always. Have a great day!
