Daily Check-in Tuesday, February 4th, 2025

Good Tuesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did STS Meso 3 for shoulders/biceps/triceps but didn't do the biceps segments as I worked them yesterday (about 45 minutes). I added on BB pilates for core only which was 10 minutes. I will do my own stretch now.

So nice to see everyone checking in their workouts yesterday (or checking in). Nicki - I am so sorry about your leg pain. Have you been told what's going on? That sounded very uncomfortable yesterday.

Siobhan, nice choice this AM with STS Meso 3 for shoulders/bi's & tri's (without the biceps) for 45 min.
and BB pilates core -10 min. Long workout!

Today's workout: (short day)

Blender- "Feeling the Reps: Upper body/Core" - 34 min. (I liked the CL Feel the Reps: Upper Body & Core
so much a couple wks ago, I blended this workout following the exercises in the CatheLive, as close as I
could.) Fun stuff!

Hi ladies,

Today was a 97 minute gym circuit that was switched around because all the machines I needed were occupied.

So I started with 2 legs machines, then got on the chest flye machine, then the shoulder machine, then had to jump to dumbbells and then go back for the back machine, then the sled up to 12 plates, then light dumbbells for triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Long but productive workout, been here way too long.

Nice workouts ladies!!
 
Wow, Annette, a 97 minute gym circuit today! WTG! I imagine you all are having a rather nice day today..
(weather-wise)...it's fairly warm here today.........Nice break from having furnace run all the time!!

Siobhan, Good workout with the STS Meso 3 sh/tr and BB pilates! I am so tired of this leg issue. I have decided to completely stop all workouts for a week to see if I can get over this. It's just so frustrating to start feeling ~95% to do a workout and have it aggravate my leg again and wipe out the progress I thought I had made:(:eek:

97-minute gym circuit! Kudos! I hate when I have a plan and then the machines are taken but we get it done!

Annette- Wow! Another incredible gym circuit workout of 97 min. You got to use a few machines working different muscle groups: Chest, legs, shoulders and back, and the sled (12 Plates) Bravo. Not to mention
switching to then light db's for triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a nice stretch. Bravo, amazing workout and very inspirational:)
