Annette- Wow! Another incredible gym circuit workout of 97 min. You got to use a few machines working different muscle groups: Chest, legs, shoulders and back, and the sled (12 Plates) Bravo. Not to mention
switching to then light db's for triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus a nice stretch. Bravo, amazing workout and very inspirational
