Annette- Thank you for your anniversary wishes. Bravo your gym circuit workout today, that would give even Cathe a run for the money. Wow! Amazing gym circuit targeting chest & triceps using some very impressive weights and using Barbell, dumbbells. Using Barbell bench press pyramids, and dumbbells chest and tri's as well. You even added elliptical for cardio & a couple leg machines as well. Plus you mentioned doing abs at home. Phew! I'm so happy to hear your brother's surgery went well. Continued prayers for your brothers healing and recovery. Please keep us updated
