Hi ladies,

Today was an 80 minute gym circuit consisting of barbell bench press pyramid style starting at 55 pounds for 12, 65 for 10 and 75 for 6 then back down again. Then Incline Bench press with the ladies barbell which I think is 35 pounds then added weight to make it 45 pounds.

Then dumbbell flyes into chest press for 10 pounds for 12 reps, 12.5 for 10 reps and 15 for 8 reps. Also did double arm each holding a dumbbell overhead for triceps. Then 1 dumbbell holding fat ends for triceps and then holding the dumbbell vertically for triceps.

Then the elliptical for 15 minutes, then 2 leg machines and a tricep machine.

Will do abs at home.

Nice 80 min gym circuit, Annette, looks like focusing on chest & triceps, with elliptical for cardio & a couple
leg machines thrown in for good measure! Hope your brother is stable and comfortably getting rest.

You nailed what I did today since I forgot to say exactly. I just finished 13 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes here at home with a stretch.

I haven't heard from my sil as to whether they were able to remove the vent or not. Hoping to hear back from her. Sometimes it is not convenient to live 3 states away from family.
 
Yes, my only brother. He is off the vent and doing well according to his wife. He will come home on 6 weeks of IV antibiotics and she is hoping he can come home by the weekend. But that is still up in the air.

Annette- Thank you for your anniversary wishes. Bravo your gym circuit workout today, that would give even Cathe a run for the money. Wow! Amazing gym circuit targeting chest & triceps using some very impressive weights and using Barbell, dumbbells. Using Barbell bench press pyramids, and dumbbells chest and tri's as well. You even added elliptical for cardio & a couple leg machines as well. Plus you mentioned doing abs at home. Phew! I'm so happy to hear your brother's surgery went well. Continued prayers for your brothers healing and recovery. Please keep us updated:)
