Annette- WOW!!! You definitely out did yourself with today's workout with:
100 Min Gym circuit workout hitting all muscles and sled w/10 plates, floorwork, abs & glutes. Then came home and did YT-Fitness Kombat mix 39 = 42 minutes - Bravo & double high fives, you are awesome!

All good stuff~ Congrats on feeling like you need to think about heavier weights. In the meantime you might consider trying adding 1 or 2 pound wrist weights/ankle weights worn on wrists to up the weight a little and see how that works. I do that until I'm ready for a five pound db jump. Plus you can buy ankle weights up to 10 pounds and many you can adjust the weight amount as needed. Have a blessed night
