Thanks for getting us started this morning Linda!

Today I did RWH for chest, shoulders and triceps (41 minutes). I added on a 5 minute warm up of one of Cathe's latest functional workouts (I chose the wrong workout and didn't realize it). I didn't continue on as I was done. Bad day yesterday with a massive migraine (from sinuses). I slept for almost 12 hours and feel sooooooooooo much better today.

Deanna - how was that LMR workout yesterday? That's the one I intended to do today but got confused
Annette - nice home cardio workout yesterday
Nora - Geesh you got in a great mix of workouts yesterday - PHA + cardio + abs

Hi ladies,

Today was a long gym circuit about 100 minutes deducting all of my talking.

Started with machines(3), then onto cables for 2 exercises for shoulders and upper body, then dumbbells moderate weight for chest press, hammer curls, overhead triceps, shoulders press, and seated clean and press. Dumbbells varied from 12.5 to 30 pounds.

Then did the sled up to 10 plates, ended with light dumbbells for triceps and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes with a stretch.

Nice workouts ladies!!

I had added on the Upper Body Balance Disc Bonus & as always, I loved it! I still can't get my airplane off the ground for the last one! I hope someday I'll be able to do the full movement!
 
STS 2.0 - Lower Body 2 was on the rotation schedule for today. I chose to do Premix #1 which includes the 3 bonuses. That blue fabric band for the outer thighs always makes me sit up & take notice! I really need to start considering some heavier weights for this type of workout. My heaviest is 25 lbs so far. I felt I needed some gentle stretching, so I also added on Chair Yoga. That's one yoga DVD I really enjoy.

Ok, I came home and did the cardio kickboxing portion only off Fitness Kombat mix 39 which was 42 minutes long. I am a sweaty mess now. I go to the doctor on Friday and I really need to drop a couple more pounds. I was down 1.5 pounds this morning so that was good. I promise I am finished now.

Deanna, nice job with STS 2.0 - Upper Body 2 - Premix #1 & Chair Yoga. I agree,
Chair Yoga is about the only yoga workout I like & do!!!
 
Annette, I was on VideoFitness and saw where someone posted that Billy Blanks (Taebo)
has a new workout on YT….it was posted 7 days ago and it’s called “Let’s Sweat It Off”
and is I think 41:42 min. Didn’t know if you knew that, and I know you do a lot of his
too. Just for your info!

100 Min Gym circuit workout hitting all muscles and sled w/10 plates, floorwork, abs & glutes. Then came home and did YT-Fitness Kombat mix 39 = 42 minutes - Bravo & double high fives, you are awesome!:) Have a restful night;)

All good stuff~ Congrats on feeling like you need to think about heavier weights. In the meantime you might consider trying adding 1 or 2 pound wrist weights/ankle weights worn on wrists to up the weight a little and see how that works. I do that until I'm ready for a five pound db jump. Plus you can buy ankle weights up to 10 pounds and many you can adjust the weight amount as needed. Have a blessed night;)
