Good morning everyone,

Today I did RWH Chest/shoulders/triceps + XFA - 16 minutes of a total body bootcamp type workout + 10 minutes of Isaac's standing abs from qinetic.

It's snooooowing this morning. And, I have the day off.

Yesterday was my rest day with Stretchmax 1-3, B and G Stability Ball section.
Today was Cathe Live High Energy Kickboxing.

Today was 2 Taebo Express workouts and then floorwork off of Jeanette Jenkin's Sexy Arms, Legs and Abs. My interview got changed to this afternoon at 3:20 due to a miscommunication and the schools being closed due to yesterday's snow.

Hi ladies, I caught a cold on Sunday and have still got an awful running nose, so yestrerday was an unwanted rest day but today I forced myself to do Sts meso 2 disc 16 chest shoulder and triceps, no stretching as it was almost 9.30 pm when I finished. Light rain here not cold at all except early mornings

It's already Wednesday here, but I didn't get around to check-in last night.
Tuesday was an unwanted rest day for me. I had planned to do another JNL, seeing I could feel Monday's big time, so I have a feeling these w/o's work for me... even though they are not fun, maybe even some dread factor to them. Unfortunately I have been getting bad headaches again since Sunday and Monday evening I was okay after dinner to w/o, but Tuesday by the time I made it home from the office my head was ready to explode and it was hard enough to keep my eyes open and focused to cook us some dinner.
Hopefully better luck Wednesday or at least I will start on painkillers sooner... they were in my other office bag so I didn't take anything until I got home in the evening.
