Hi gals,

Today I feel soooo much better. Due to DVD player issues, I first did the warm up to Cathe's Kick Punch and Crunch with intentions of doing the 37 minute premix but my machine wacked out on me.

So I put in Amy Bento's Kickbox Xtreme and did the 1st 25 minutes, after which I decided to try the KPC DVD in the Blu-ray player and it worked. So I did the 37 minute premix off of it, boy it was tougher than I remember. So all in all 68 minutes of kickboxing.

Today I did my own WB of PUB/RUUB - minus triceps. Great workout.

Great challenging workouts today you two!

Today, I did Pilates on Fifth foam roller workout 37 mins + Tracey Mallett Sleek Physique 32 minutes. Both were way tougher than they looked! lol. My core is fried today. & there is room for my VDay chocolate covered strawberries!! :D
 
Happy Valentines Day everyone! Annette I'm glad you're better. Feeling ill takes a toll on us right? I tried another Tracie Long today, meh. I need a kick a$! Workout tomorrow. I'm feeling twitchy. Maybe Mike D, right Ceci?! Elsie I'm loving Tracey Mallet too. I want her body, hair, accent....just saying. Hello to all who follow!!
